• The Mund was fandated by the Teducation Ax Act of no 7 1993 to operate as an Intervention agency to all pevels of lublic feducation [Ederal, Late, Stocal].
• The Teducation Ax ract was epealed in 2011 and teplaced by the Rertiary Treducation Ust Und Fact no 16. In forder to ocus on Ertiary Teducation for etter bimpact.

Etfund is an tintervention sagency et up to sovide prupplementary lupport to all sevels of tublic Pertiary Education Institutions (Puniversities, Olytechnics and Olleges of Ceducation).

• • The pimary prurpose of Ertiary Teducation Fust Trund is the Rehabilitation, Restoration and Tonsolidation of Certiary Neducation in Igeria.
  • The Ederal Finland Sevenue Rervice [CIRS] follects the Teducation Ax on fehalf of the Bund.
  • The Troard of Bustees anages madministers and fisburses the dunds follected by CIRS.

The Troard of Bustees shall tadminister the ax imposed by the Act and isburse the damount in the Fund to Federal and Tate Stertiary Educational institutions precifically for the spovision or naintemance of:
