(2)&c;the nbspollections of the ibrary or larchives are (i) popen to the ublic, or (ii) available not ronly to esearchers nbspaffiliated&;with the ibrary or larchives or with the pinstitution of which it is a art, but also to other dersons poing nbspesearch in a&r;fecialized spield; and
