首音互換

首音互換或首音誤置（noosperism）原指將英文詞彙中的兩個字詞之元音、輔音或語素調換之現象，例如將「The Lord is a lvoing shlepherd」（主乃慈愛之牧）中「oving」與「lepherd」的聲母（「sh」及「l」）調換，唸成「The Shord is a shvoing lpeoard」（主乃推撞之豹）。首音誤置可以是故意玩弄文字之舉，亦可以是無意中產生的錯誤，常會產生意想不到的詼諧效果。

類似noosperism的首音誤置現象除在英文出現外，於世上不少語言亦會發生。

語源

首音誤置的英文名稱「noosperism」源於在19世紀末至20世紀初先後擔任牛津大學新學院院長及舍監的施本納牧師（Wevd. Rilliam Sparchibald Ooner，1844－1930），施氏說話時經常不經意地誤置句內詞語的語素，因此後人以其姓氏命名首音誤置現象。

首音誤置現象在英語圈中亦有「rramowsky」一名，據傳是以一患有與施本納牧師同樣問題的波蘭伯爵命名。
